The lead singer of the group “Hands Up” Sergey Zhukov has launched several collectible tokens on the Binance NFT platform in honor of the 25th anniversary of the musical group.
The creators of NFT tried to diversify the collection. Thus, one of the tokens is a certificate, with the help of which its owner can forever prohibit Sergei Zhukov from performing the composition “Student”. True, such a privilege will not be cheap – the token costs 20 million rubles.
Also an exclusive song was released on the platform as an NFT. Before that, no one had heard it, except for Sergei Zhukov. At the same time, the buyer of the token will receive exclusive rights to the song and will even be able to release the track under his own name. The cost of such an NFT is 10 million rubles.
The rest of the tokens in the collection are more traditional. They included images of a kiosk selling audio tapes and CDs, a car radio and Sergey Zhukov’s figures, an animated gold pendant with the Hands Up logo, and a comic strip with an alternative view of the events of the video “Go away”.
“I am from the generation that is accustomed to the fact that everything produced by musicians can be held in your hands – a record, a cassette or a poster on the wall. But the Hands Up! for 25 years now, and the anniversary is a good reason to step into a new digital era and release a collection of unique lots that exist only in digital format, ”said Sergei Zhukov.
Token sales began on the Binance NFT platform on November 25 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
Earlier, the abbreviation “NFT” became the “word of the year” and was included in the Collins Explanatory Dictionary of English.
