Breathtaking video records the moment two hoodlums attack a New York police officer out of service, holding him on the ground with the threat of a knife and hitting him wildly on the face. The violent attack occurred on Saturday morning, shortly after 4am, on St. Peter’s in the Bronx Westchester Square district. According to police, the victim was found by the two perpetrators while walking on the sidewalk. The video shows the perpetrators throwing him on the ground next to a large pile of rubbish. One of the attackers seems to hold a knife on the police officer’s throat, while the other is fishing his pockets for value. Before they escape, the two perpetrators repeatedly punched him in the face and kicking him on his head.
