The owls and owls are on their way to deliver the letters of summons for the return to the school of witchcraft and wizardry once directed by Albus Dumbledore. Harry Potter 20th anniversary: return to Hogwarts he arrives in Italy at midnight on 1 January 2022 (on Sky and NOW) simultaneously with the US launch on HBO Max.
The event celebrates i #20YearsofMovieMagic, the first two decades after the theatrical release of The philosopher’s Stone (which for the occasion returned to the halls of the Peninsula from 8 to 12 December, while the entire marathon is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video). The cast is back together after the farewell to the eighth film of the saga-mother (none of the original actors are present, for reasons of story continuity in the prequels to Fantastic beasts, even if young characters such as the most beloved principal and Minerva McGonagall, just to give two examples, return to the scene).
After the first images of the teaser trailer of the historic birthday, also arrives the photo of the trio composed by Daniel “Harry Potter” Radcliffe (on the right), Emma Watson (in the center of the scene as only Hermione can do) and Rupert Grint / Ron (on the left). In the last frames of the saga the public had left them adults, 19 years later, always at the station and with children in tow and now they find them more mature, casual and therefore ready to return to the saga with the right emotional distance to tell anecdotes and background.

So far the artists involved in the Wizarding World by JK Rowling (published by Salani and in audio book version by Audible with the voice of Francesco Pannofino) were involved in the inaugurations of the theme parks and in the interviews for the special contents of DVD, Blu-Ray and any other available format. This time, however, the actors return to the London filming studios, Leavesden, complete with a written summons: in the teaser we see a letter addressed to Robbie Coltrane, the half-giant who opened the doors of the magical world to Harry Potter starting with Diagon Alley, the enchanted neighborhood of the British capital populated by all kinds of creatures.
The Daily Prophet, the newspaper of the wizarding world, announces with great fanfare the return of the heroes and on platform 9 and ¾ of King’s Cross (reconstructed in the version of WB Studio Tour London – The making of Harry Potter) already we see the arrival of some members of the cast.
