Manhattan court today found Harvey Weinstein guilty of sexual assault during the re -proceedings of the case, after a New York Court of Appeal canceled the 2020 conviction against the former Hollywood tycoon. One of Hollywood’s strongest men, Weinstein, was accused of raping an actor and sexual attacks on two other women. Weinstein, 73, said innocent and denied that he attacked anyone or that he had a non -consensual sexual intercourse. The Court ruled Weinstein guilty of one of the three categories he faced, for sexual assault on former production assistant Miriam Hale in 2006. On the contrary, he acquitted him in the case of former model Kaya Sokola, who was accused of being accused of being in 2002. The jurors did not end up in the category of actress Jessica Man in 2013.
