Singer Hayley Williams, 36, signaled that she should resume the idea of going on a solo tour in 2025. The announcement was made through a text published by the Paramore vocalist on Friday (27), her birthday .
The message, published in the stories of her official Instagram account and duly printed by the North American’s fans, indicated that she intends to perform the shows that she ended up canceling in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“I’m going to try to finally do some shows this year that would have happened almost five years ago. That is, if the world doesn’t stop before then”, joked the singer.
The tour in question was the “Petals For Armor Tour”, which Hayley Williams had planned to promote the album “Petals For Armor”, released in May 2020. In total, 22 shows were scheduled in North America and Europe and all ended up being cancelled.
The album was produced by Taylor York, Paramore guitarist and boyfriend of the band’s lead singer, and features songs such as “Simmer” and “Dead Horse”.
