One man confessed to his wife’s murder at their son’s burial place, just 20 years after their child’s funeral, according to reports. Martin Sutter, 68, killed his wife, Ann Blackwood, on July 24, 2023, at Koston Cemetery in Stambington, England, where their son was buried two decades ago. Ten months after the crime, Sutter acknowledged his heinous act, as revealed by the Portsmouth News newspaper, after lifting a ban on court. On the day of the murder, police quickly arrived and rescuers attempted to save Blackwood, but it was already late. According to reports, rescuers found her death at the landfill.
