A man holed up in an apartment shot and wounded seven police officers in Texas, local authorities said. Officers went to the San Antonio home after receiving reports that someone was planning to kill themselves Wednesday night, Police Chief William McManus said. The man, who was found dead after the attack on the police, had been locked in the house for hours. “The first officer to arrive was shot and so were the next six,” McManus added in a video posted to Facebook.
