In statements outside the Vaccination Center at the premises of the Thessaloniki International Fair – for the operation of which the Armed Forces assist with the provision of specialized personnel – Mr. Hardalias stressed that a year after the start of Operation “Freedom” to address pandemic, the Armed Forces are responding and will continue to respond extremely well to these tasks.
“The Armed Forces have kept the country upright in the face of an extremely difficult global situation. From every part of the country, the transfer of vaccines, the vaccinations, have been done, are being done and will continue to be done by members of the Armed Forces,” said Mr. Hardalias. added:
“In any case, I stand by them to express the gratitude and respect of the entire Greek leadership, of all Greek citizens for the enormous effort they make under really extremely difficult conditions.”
During his visit to the Mega-Vaccination Center, Mr. Hardalias, in the presence of the TIF administration, was informed about the progress of the vaccination process and congratulated the medical and nursing staff for the “special zeal” he shows daily, his professionalism and ” maximum effort “made in the context of Operation Freedom”.
