A man from Texas is accused of killing his mother’s ex-partner, who he beat to death and then tied to the car, dragging him dead.

Robert Hoffpauir, 37, is charged with murder of 60-year-old Roman Rodriguez on Sunday night. The victim had visited the house of his ex-partner, according to the announcement of the local sheriff’s office.
Hoffpauir, who lives with his mom, was at home when the 60-year-old showed up at the door. Despite the fact that he killed him in the wood, his rage did not stop.
