He locked an autistic little girl in a makeshift cage every night

The case of one is shocking autistic of a girl, who allegedly locked a woman in a makeshift cage made of wood and metal.

Melissa Doss, 43, who had taken care of the child, was arrested after locating the improvised construction in a bedroom at her home in Palm Bay, Florida.

Police found a pillow and a blanket inside cage and Dos claimed that he put the autistic little girl in it every night to protect him and prevent him from popping it.

The shocking discovery came a day after police found the little girl wandering in the yard of a neighboring house.

The child managed to lead the police back to the house where he was staying. When they got there, Dos refused to let the police in and said the girl had run away from the house without her knowing it.

When the officers returned the next day, Dos finally allowed them in.

As it also became known, the woman lived in miserable conditions, with garbage covering the floor and insects inside the house.

Dos is now facing justice.
