Panikos Panagiotou together with his wife runs the tavern and donates the money he collects from the revenue to charities. The tavern can accommodate up to 200 people in the evening and its construction cost reached 17,000 pounds. Michelle, the wife of 44-year-old Panagiotou, serves traditional Greek food with the help of volunteers, and as the Daily Mail reports, all the money goes to charity. Their signature dish is the stealthy, marinated lamb and potatoes that have been slow-cooked in a clay oven for 8 to 12 hours.
