He put a tracker on his cat and discovered that he had 5 adoptive families

If you have a kitten, you have probably wondered what it does most of the time when you are not at home, or where it goes during its long night walks. To clarify this doubt, we share the story of Jagger.

Jagger was a middle-aged kitten whose owner Aoife McAleer, originally from Ireland, installed a GPS collar so that he would not get lost during his walks, which used to be long and punctual because, apparently, the feline had five extra families who cared and cared for him.

His plan was exposed

Jagger liked to go out for long walks, always going out and back at the same time, and his owner Aoife loved the idea of him being free. However, he was afraid that someone would steal it or lose it, so he put a necklace with a GPS tracker, so he would know its location in real time and not have to worry.

What Aoife didn’t expect was that this tracker would show her that Jagger was unfaithful to her. According to the GPS, the kitten visited five houses a day during its journey and returned home as if nothing had happened.

Because five families are better than one …

Aoife shared Jagger’s antics on her social media and the post immediately went viral. The funniest thing about this situation was when members of the other five families contacted her to say that they knew the kitten, that they used to feed it, pet it, and even give it a name.

One family expected to see him come every day, they told me they gave him snacks every day and I’m pretty sure he did the same in other houses. He would also be home at 5:00 pm each night for another meal.

It should be noted that Jagger was adopted when he was six years old, which is why he did not like to be at home all the time, so to avoid stress, they let him out regularly. In addition, he was neutered to prevent him from leaving kittens stranded on the road.

Although the adventures and cunning of Jagger have made the Internet smile, the kitten died a few days ago from complications in his kidneys. Aoife and her adoptive families miss him, but are grateful that the black feline has crossed their path, bringing them joy, tranquility and love.
