A man is accused of murdering his elderly neighbor after he shot him because he wouldn’t turn down the loud music he had put on in the middle of the day. The crime took place in Lauderdale Lakes near Miami on Thanksgiving Day and the victim was 72-year-old Hureleyon McLean, a father of two and grandfather of several grandchildren. According to a Toofab report, the man who lived downstairs went to the victim’s house and taped a note on the front door asking for the music to be turned down. The 72-year-old and his wife, however, did not leave the house, so they never saw the paper. Then the neighbor went upstairs again and rang the bell, made a short remark, and came down.
