Firefighters reportedly saw Suverneva coming out of a wooded area near the fire at 8pm, claiming she was dehydrated and needed medical attention. After being medically evaluated, she gave a statement and when they searched her things, they found, among other things, a lighter.

After her arrest the woman was linked to another fire in the county about 8 miles away from the Faun Fire. Additional charges related to this second fire have not yet been filed.
Suverneva pleaded not guilty and is being held on $ 100,000 bail. If convicted, he could face up to nine years in prison.
