He went to cover himself with his homeless coat and he robbed him

The shocking video, which was recorded by a closed-circuit surveillance, shows a man going to offer help to a homeless man and he attacking him.

The man went to offer a coat to the man sleeping on the sidewalk and shortly after he covered him he jumped up and rushed to the man grabbing his wallet.

In the video published by the newspaper New York Post of Of America we see, to be precise, the “Good Samaritan” approaching the 25-year-old Xavier Israel, who is lying on the sidewalk in front of the number “476” of 5th Avenue and seems to be sleeping. A few moments after the 59-year-old covers him Israel gently with the coat, he jumps up and throws the man who tried to help him to the ground.

With quick movements, he grabs his wallet from the back pocket of his pants. The 59-year-old man, puzzled by what has happened, tries in vain to get his wallet back, but the perpetrator punches him and throws him to the ground again.

The homeless man then fled the scene, but was arrested a short time later.

Witnesses told police the homeless man had cash in his trouser pockets and police officers found nearly $ 1,500 in their search.

The homeless man is accused of assault and robbery.

According to information, this was not the first time he attacked someone who tried to offer him help.

Last Saturday, he was accused of hitting a 49-year-old woman who wanted to offer help.

He also allegedly attacked two other victims – a man and a woman – on January 2 in Central Park of New York, according to sources, pushing the two 18-year-old children to fall down. Charges were brought against him at the time, but the apparently dangerous man remained out of prison.
