According to the calculation of the CNN, the paste will reduce from 6 to 5 months the interval for those who completed the two doses and need to be vaccinated with the booster dose.
In addition, the Ministry of Health’s new guidance will be that all people over 18, regardless of which vaccine they have taken before, will need to take a third booster dose of the immunizing agent against Covid-19.
A CNN found that the vaccine that will be used in the booster dose for everyone over 18 will be the vaccine from AstraZeneca, Pfizer or even Janssen.
The Ministry of Health also plans to launch next Saturday a mega vaccination campaign to encourage people to take the two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
