Heatwave in Belgium: Fans for citizens and frozen treats for animals

Today is the second day of heat in the city with the thermometer expected to exceed 39 degrees in Brussels and the Royal Meteorological Institute has put the country on orange alert. In the west and southwest of the country, the temperature is expected to reach 40 degrees.
