A crater opened in Bauru on the extension of Avenida Rodrigues Alves this Sunday (30) due to the rains that have fallen since Saturday (29). There are no reports of casualties due to the crater.
The stretch is closed in both directions, in the Industrial District I region.
According to the city hall of Bauru, drivers must use alternative routes to access the Octávio Rasi, Terra Nova Condominium, Industrial District, among other parts of that region.
The public transport lines “Santa Terezinha – Centro” and “Octávio Rasi – Edson Francisco da Silva” were affected due to the interdiction and are making detours through the Tangarás neighborhood.
