Hebe Camargo’s mansion is not sold on auction and bid goes to $ 6.6 mi

THE Mansion of presenter Hebe Camargo (1929-2012) in the Morumbi neighborhood, in São Paulo, was not sold in the first stage of the auction, that ended this Friday (16).

The initial bid of R $ 8.6 million becomes R $ 6.6 million and is open until June 5th. The property is currently pledged by judicial determination in a measure of execution filed against Lélio Ravagnani Filho, stepchilding of the iconic communicator and companies linked to it.

The property of the 1970s was where the presenter lived for decades with her second husband, the businessman, Lélio Ravagnani. The intention is for the mansion to be replaced by a residential building or a memorial in honor of the presenter.

The mansion has been auctioned other times – without success in sale. Previously, the CNN He was in the house and found the state of abandonment of the property, located on a street with little movement, in one of the neighborhoods that was already considered one of the noblest of São Paulo.

At the entrance it is possible to notice the lack of maintenance by the presence of vegetation that grows both outside and in the corridor that gives access to the main room of the house.

Right in the first rooms the roof of what was once a kitchen was plummeted over the room. Other images of areas such as garages, toilet and pantry show peeled and eroded walls by the signs of time, accumulating slime and mold.
