German supermodel Heidi Klum, 50, shared photos on her Instagram of when she was starting her career, in 1992, when she was still 19 years old.
There are polaroids in which she appears with different swimsuits and in different positions. “Similar to how I look at photos and videos of models for ‘Germany’s Next Top Model,’ these photos were my entry photos for my 1992 modeling contest. My mom brought me a box full of old photos from the basement,” she wrote in the post.
Heidi has been a presenter and judge on the reality show “Germany’s Next Top Model”, derived from “America’s Next Top Model”, since 2006, with the aim of revealing new talents in the industry.
The program is going into its 19th season and this time it will feature, for the first time, a female and male cast. Production began casting in October, in Berlin, and the new season should be launched in February 2024.
Heidi’s daughter, Leni, who is now also 19, appeared in one of the model’s recent videos paying a visit to the reality show’s set.
“The queen arrived on my mother’s set,” joked Leni. “I’m here to support,” she continued, hugging Heidi. “Good daughter”, replies the model.
Leni also says that she is looking forward to meeting all the contestants in this new season.
