The approval of the prospectus regarding the obligatory public offer of the company “BANK OF PIRAEUS SOCIETE ANONYME” to the shareholders of the company “TRASTOR SOCIETE ANONYME OF THE COMMISSION decision of the Council of Capital Market during its 953rd meeting on 18.5.2022.
In addition, the Board decided:
∙ The imposition of a fine of a total amount of € 150,000 on Mr. Panagiotis Diamantis, for violation of the provisions of article 8 par. 1 of law 3606/2007, as in force, due to the provision of investment advice and portfolio management without having the required license.
∙ The imposition of a fine of a total amount of € 8,000 on the company “BETA SA” (LEI: 21380051MF78L87PI591) for violation of the provisions of article 14 par. 1 of law 3606/2007, as specified in par. 1 of article 2 and par. 1, note (a2), of article 3 of the decision 11/720/2015 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (as in force), and of the provisions of article 18 par. 1 and 2 of law 3340/2005 and par. 4, note (f), of article 24 of decision 2/452 / 1.11.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (as in force), concerning organizational issues of the company.
