A digital information event for the RecyClass Accredited Certification, concerning the recycling of plastics, is organized on February 10, from 11:00 to 13:00, by the Hellenic-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Accredited Certification Body DQS HELLAS Materials Production & Packaging Industries (SYVIPYS).
As part of the event, which provides for the free participation of all interested parties and which is addressed to the plastic production chain that uses recycled raw materials, as well as to plastic recycling companies, the following standards will be highlighted:
– RecyClass Recycled Plastics Traceability Certification Scheme
– RecyClass Recyclability Certification Scheme
– EUCERTPLAST Certification Scheme
RecyClass is a radical certification, a standard that will change the way plastics are managed. It is an integrated inter-industrial initiative, which promotes the recyclability of plastic packaging and ensures the traceability and transparency of recycled plastic contents in Europe.
The RecyClass certification scheme was developed according to EN15343 and is an idea started by PRE (Plastics Recyclers Europe), an organization that represents the “voice” of European recycled plastics, which recycle plastic waste into high quality material. , for the production of new items.
