One of the most emblematic Japanese characters in the world, the Hello Kitty has just won another thematic space in the neighborhood of Freedom .
Inaugurated on Wednesday (12), the restaurant Hello Kitty and Friends 2D opens its doors with 220 square meters and entirely decorated by hand in 2D style, including furniture and chairs.
The black and white art was made by the Brazilian artist carol wang who has worked on the strokes since January.
With 98 seats, the restaurant on Rua Américo de Campos belongs to the Eat Asia group, which already has two restaurants in Liberdade and two others throughout the capital, in partnership with Sanrio do Brasil.
Developed by Tatiana Yumi executive chef at Eat Asia restaurants, the dishes differ from other units by bringing to the table creations based on wagyu Japanese beef that is among the most expensive in the world, also known for its tenderness, flavor and succulence.
The valuable meat appears in dishes such as: Wagyu Niguiri (5 pieces; R$55); Steak Tartare (R$69); gyozas (6 pieces; R$40); Sando de Wagyu (R$29); and also in the form of a 250g hamburger (75g) and a 200g grilled fillet with side dishes (R$ 150).
