Just a few weeks ago, the group opened a TikTok account and since then we began to suspect that something was up to them and they did. Finally, this September 2 they announced that they would return with a lot of plans, including a new album. This is what they said:
It’s been a long time since we made music together. Almost 40 years, actually. We took a break in the spring of 1982 and now we’ve decided it’s time to finish it. To everyone who has patiently followed us in one way or another over the past decades: Thanks for waiting, it’s time for a new journey to begin. It is not an exaggeration to say that we are back.
It started with two songs and then we asked ourselves, why not make a whole album.
They already have two unreleased songs
The group not only recorded two unreleased songs, I Still Faith In Love and Don’t Shut Me Down, but on November 5 he will release his new album called Voyage And if that wasn’t enough, he will also present a unique concert.
We call it ‘Voyage’ because we are really sailing in uncharted waters. With the help of our youth, we travel into the future. It’s not easy to explain, but it hasn’t been done before either.
The concert will be spectacular and futuristic
With 10 musicians accompanying them, the group will perform in a stadium that can accommodate three thousand people, which was built especially for this occasion and which will be located in the facilities of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, in London.
This show will show four rejuvenated, digital versions of the members through digital motion captures. In addition, holograms will be used for the show live.
