A 25 -year -old mother and her 27 -year -old companion from Brazil is accused of the heinous crime of torture, rape and murder of her 20 -month -old daughter. The child’s mother had been released just six months ago after a five -year sentence for drug trafficking. 20 -month -old Maria Isis Vieira de Amorim died on March 13th of horrific injuries to Espirito Santo, Brazil. Initially she was transferred unconscious and dehydrated to Sao Jose Hospital with a broken hand and bruises on her head, neck and back and shortly thereafter her death was found. Sao Jose Hospital staff, suspected of the child’s condition, called the police. Milena Karla Andrelino’s 27 -year -old companion, initially claimed that the child slipped into the bathtub and then fell off the stairs.
