An accident between the cities of Piraju and Satuiá, in the state of São Paulo, left four victims on the morning of Saturday (10). The crash occurred at kilometer 22 of the Engenheiro Thomaz Magalhães Highway (SP-287).
According to the São Paulo Fire Department, six people were rescued, including a 6 -year -old child, and one of the vehicles was completely destroyed due to the impact suffered. All injured were sent to the Piraju Municipal Hospital, where they received treatment.
According to firefighters, four adults died after the accident, three men and one woman. The hospital reported that the victims would be from a city of Fartura and Sarutaia, municipalities of the southwest of São Paulo.
The body of the victims remains on the morgue of the hospital unit to date, and should be sent to the Legal Medical Institute of the city of Avaré.
The road concessionaire banned the track towards the city of Fartura (SP).
