THE actor Devin Ratray who became known to the general public by participating in the film “Home Alone» is facing the law, as he is accused by his girlfriend of drugging her after going out and then rape.
According to nypost.com, Lisa Smith alleged in 2017 that she and her brother, a friend, and Devin had gone drinking in Manhattan. The evening went smoothly, until they left with the actor accompanying her to her home. There he states that he drugged her and then raped her.
The actor denied the accusations against him stating that he never had sexual contact with her, while the 2021 was arrested with the charges of assault, violence with strangulation and domestic violence according to his ex-partner.
Then he was released after posting $25,000 bail, with Lisa Smith left shocked to hear the news, since her case was still pending. Nevertheless, when she contacted the Police, she learned that she was put on file, because the police thought she would not take the complaints any further.
Since then, she has contacted relevant agencies, with the prosecutor looking for witnesses to the case.
