Usually 100 gr are used, pour boiling water slowly until you get a cream that will act as a compress on the entire hair. To make the color more lasting and to «acidify» the pH of the mixture it is useful to add a teaspoon of yogurt or two teaspoons of lemon juice. The shutter speed will be at least one or two hours. Rinse and enjoy wonderful coppery reflections ».

FOR DARK REFLECTIONS
«To have darker reflections instead you can use the walnut husk powder which is the inner part of the peel that covers the walnut. The procedure is the same as that of henna ».

FOR BLONDE REFLECTIONS
“To have blonde highlights, however, you can use both turmeric in dust that the centaury, a plant that in ancient times was called “Blondie”. In this case, 6 tablespoons of centaury flowers must be infused in 1 and 1/2 liters of boiling water and let it cool. Filter and use this infusion as a final rinse. If done at least three times a month it guarantees beautiful and natural blonde highlights. Turmeric powder in the quantity of 4 tablespoons in a liter of boiling water always used as a last rinse will give copper-blond reflections over time ».

OTHER REMEDIES
«To revive blond hair you can also leave it behind 4 sachets of chamomile tea infused in a liter of boiling water for at least an hour.
