The luxury residence of Vassilis Tsiartas in Marousi has once again been targeted by the electronic hammer.

The adventure of auctions already counts 4 years for the veteran international footballer. It was, after all, in 2018 when the specific property was found entangled in the nets of the platform and since then there have been two attempts to sell it without, however, any result.

So on November 9, it is this time scheduled to hit the hammer again for a residence with a swimming pool in Neas Filothei in the area of Kalogreza in Maroussi, which has been owned since 2002 by the Greek footballer, who became widely known in the jersey of AEK.

Specifically, the property includes a plot of land of 645 sq.m., which is located on Neapoleos Street at number 26. A building has been constructed on it, which consists of a basement of 316.54 sq.m., a ground floor of 199 sq.m. ,25 sq.m. and first floor 184.67 sq.m.

The basement, among other things, includes 4 parking spaces, a warehouse and an engine room.

The price of the first offer has remained at the initial amount of 1.066 million euros as it had been issued in the past with the same starting price in 2018 and 2019 without there being a bidder, while the auction was accelerated by Cepal Hellas.

It should be noted that the financial “storms” began for the former football player with a long career on the pitches when he decided, among other things, to invest the amount of 450,000 euros in a ceramics industry, a move which did not yield the expected results.

The residence of Alexandros Mamidakis in Politia

Exactly 6 years have passed since one of the oldest Greek oil companies, Mamidoil Jetoil, founded by brothers Kyriakos, Nikos and Giorgos Mamidakis in the 1960s, filed for Article 99 of the bankruptcy code, citing significant difficulties in liquidity level.

This downward course in the business activities of the Cretan family brought some of its members, among them Alexandros Mamidakis, whose residence in the State of Kifissia has been caught up in the vortex of auctions, with the “headache” of debts.

The businessman’s specific asset had been posted on the platform for a few years, but the process had been put on hold.

This time, unless some action is taken to prevent the electronic hammer from sounding, a foreclosure attempt is scheduled to take place on October 27th.

The auction, which is directed against Alexandros Mamidakis, is accelerated by Cepal Hellas, while the price of the first bid has been set at 1.1 million euros.

It is a two-storey apartment-maisonette of the first and second floors with a total area of 156.8 sq.m. In addition, the owners of the specific horizontal property have the exclusive rights to use, among other things, the part of the uncovered space of the plot, area 346.20 sq.m., in which there is a private pool of 40 sq.m. as well as parking spaces.
