It would have been the entire family of the ex-husband to have organized and carried out the murder of the model and influencer Abby Choi, 28 year old from Hong Kong. Her ex-spouse, Alex Kwong, 28, her brother Anthony, 31, their father, Kwong Kau, 65, and their mother, Jenny Li, 63, were arrested for the brutal murder.
The model and influencer was untraceable since last Wednesday: the woman had not gone to pick up her little girl (she had had two children with her ex-husband) and, immediately after, her disappearance was reported. Two days later, her dismembered body parts were found in a rented and unfurnished apartment.
According to the reconstructions, Abby Choi was allegedly attacked in a seven-seater vehicle, in which the investigators found blood spatter. The investigation led them to a three-story house of a village in Tai Po district, where body parts were found in a refrigerator and in two saucepans from soup. Superintendent Alan Chung of Hong Kong’s Kowloon West Regional Criminal Unit told media that a hole was found in the back of her skull that may have been gouged by the shot that killed her. A meat grinder, an electric saw, cleavers and a hammer were also found in the apartment.
The motive has not yet been confirmed, but, according to local media, the woman may have been murdered for disputes over the management of his rich estates (his personal net worth was around 12 million euros).

Ex-husband Alex Kwong was arrested at the pier of the ferries: he was planning to flee the city. The police seized the equivalent of 60,000 euros in cash and several luxury watches worth about 500,000 euros. Police also arrested a 47-year-old woman, suspected of being Kwong’s father’s lover and of having rented the apartment where the model’s remains were found.
According to media reports, even after the divorce, Choi continued to help her ex-husband’s family. His in-laws lived in a luxury apartment he owned. In addition, the model had helped her brother-in-law buy her house: he worked as her chauffeur and allegedly went to pick her up when she disappeared.
