Honor 50 with Google services comes out in Europe: the company announced the date, and the smartphone has already appeared on the Honor Germany website

According to Winfuture.de, Chinese manufacturer Honor will soon announce its new phones with Google Mobile Services in Europe. This will happen at the end of next month, when the Honor 50 series appears on the market.

According to Winfuture.de, the company has already sent out invitations to the launch event on October 27th. The Honor 50 5G has already appeared on the Honor Germany website, and the listing indicates that the premium mid-range phone will be available in two configurations, with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, as well as 8GB of RAM and 256GB of non-volatile storage. Buyers will be able to purchase the phone in Midnight Black, Frost Crystal, Emerald Green and the recently announced Honor Code colorway. Unfortunately, prices have not been announced yet.

Alongside the Honor 50 5G, Honor is also expected to launch a second phone called the Honor 50 Lite, which will have a 64MP main camera and 4G LTE instead of 5G. In China, the Honor 50 series is represented by three models: Honor 50 5G, Honor 50 Pro 5G and Honor 50 SE with 5G.

The Honor 50 was launched in China in June. The phone is equipped with a 6.57-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a hole for a 32MP front camera. The main camera received an image sensor with a resolution of 108 megapixels. Additionally installed image sensors with a resolution of 8, 2 and 2 Mp.

The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 778G SoC, while the Chinese version comes with 8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of flash storage. The phone also has a 4,300mAh battery, supports 66W fast charging and runs Magic UI 4.2 based on Android 11. When it launches in Europe, it should still run Android 11 but will support Google Mobile Services.
