Honor is preparing to release a new smartphone from the Play series. The new device, dubbed the Honor Play 30, has been certified by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). The certification reveals the key characteristics of the smartphone.
Honor Play 30 has model number VNE-AN00. This is a 5G-enabled device that will belong to the mid-range segment. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. It has the following dimensions – 163.66 x 75.13 x 8.68 mm. Weight is 194 grams.
The smartphone is powered by an unknown octa-core chipset clocked at 2.2GHz. It will be available with 4, 6, 8 and 12 GB of RAM and 64, 128 or 256 GB of flash memory. In addition, it will also have support for microSD cards up to 512 GB.
