Hope for Peace in Constantinople: They are heading to a new round of Moscow and Kyiv talks

Ukraine said yesterday, Wednesday, ready to hold new talks with Russia on Monday in Constantinople, following Moscow’s proposal, but asking the Russian side to formulate its terms for peace in advance.
