Horrific crash in USA: Famous baseball player kills 4 female students in car crash – He said someone was stalking him

A baseball star accused of murdering car accident for killing four Pepperdine University students was wanted before the crash, his lawyer says. Fraser Bohm, 22, faces four counts of murder after allegedly missing him control of BMW along the Pacific Coast Highway on October 17, crashing into parked cars killing Niamh Rolston, 20, Peyton Stewart, Asha Weir and Deslyn Williams, 21.

His attorney, Michael Kraut, argued at court that the baseball star was involved in the crash because of an incident that occurred about three miles from the crash site.

“We have evidence that the Sheriff’s Department didn’t want to receive that clearly shows that there was an incident that started at Duke’s where a person chased him down and tried to push him off the road,” Kraut told KTLA . “When (Bohm) accelerated to get away from him, that’s when the accident happened,” he added.

Bohm pleaded not guilty in his first court appearance on Wednesday and his family has been in court this week. Judges later remanded him in custody, this time on four counts of murder, setting his bail at $8 million. The sheriff’s department filed those charges with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, reports Daily Mail.

“Our thoughts are with the families, loved ones and the Pepperdine University family as they deal with this unimaginable pain,” said Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon. “Today we are deeply saddened by the loss of four innocent lives that were tragically taken in a senseless act. We want to assure the community that we are determined to search justice for those lost so early.”
