Horror in US of little girl sexually abused by 75-year-old abductor – He was arrested after a hero recognized him

A ‘good Samaritan’ saved a 5-year-old girl from the hands of an elderly man who allegedly grabbed her and sexually assaulted. The child, according to court documents, was dropped off by her mother in Queens on Tuesday. The witness located the suspect, identified as 75-year-old Franz Villa, with the child inside the 74th Street – Roosevelt Avenue station.

The man was able to identify the 75-year-old along with the girl from a city-wide alert for the missing girl, who was abducted after the mother she allowed Villa to watch her daughter outside a grocery store in Jackson Heights. Then the old man grabbed the little girl.

The police, hearing the “good Samaritan’s” cries for help, removed the child from Villa and immediately arrested him. Villa was accused of sexual assault on a child, first-degree criminal sexual act, second-degree kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child. He was charged on Thursday and held on $275,000 bond.

The child told officers that Villa took her to his Upper East Side apartment where he allegedly sexually assaultedas transmitted by New York Post. The child’s mother, 30-year-old Kimberly Pijuan, also faces charges after she let the man she just met look after her daughter.

The elderly man offered to take the girl to the playground, which the mother agreed to and asked him to bring her back to their home in 30 minutes, according to the complaint. But Vila never appeared with her daughter. The mother then went to the playground and other places to look for them, but she couldn’t find them anywhere. Call her Police and reported her daughter missing at about 1 p.m., according to the case file. The mother had met the old man a few months before. The male hero has not appeared in public.
