Hotel Fasano Salvador: where luxury and tradition meet in a 1930s building

Opened in 2018, the Fasano Salvador Since then, it has occupied a permanent place on my list of hotels to visit in Brazil. The strong personality and excellence of the brand were established in what was for 45 years the headquarters of the newspaper A Tarde on a building listed as a Cultural Asset of Bahia facing the Castro Alves Square and with panoramic views of the Bay of All Saints .

This description alone was responsible for all my excitement in booking a room at this hotel, which became central role in luxury hotels in the capital of Bahia raising service and hospitality standards in the region.

Once here, we realize that the details go further and make all the difference in the stay, starting with the excellent preservation of the historic building, in which original features were maintained while at the same time imprinting the Fasano touch, to the refined gastronomy that is a trademark of the group.
