A few hours after return of X in Brazil on Tuesday night (8), the instability of the service in the country became a growing complaint from users.
Among the complaints, 62% were detected due to difficulties in accessing the mobile application; 32% complained about the server connection; and 6% complained about the website, according to data from the Downdetector platform.

THE CNN contacted the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) to confirm whether the platform is already fully operational for all users, but is still awaiting feedback.
Despite the official return of the social network and also the detected instability, many users are divided on whether or not to return to using X, as they have found other possibilities, such as Bluesky and Threads.
The chart below shows a snapshot of issue reports submitted during the last 24 hours, compared to the usual volume of reports by hour of the day.
It is common for some problems to be reported throughout the day. Downdetector only reports an incident when the number of problem reports is significantly higher than the usual volume.
