To pronounce them is an extraordinary one Lady Gaga in the role of Patrizia Reggiani, the wife of Maurizio Gucci, played by Adam Driver, accused of having commissioned the murder of her husband in Milan in 1995, then serving a 17-year sentence in the prison of San Vittore, what she has always provocatively called Victor’s Residence.
The highly anticipated film, signed by Ridley Scott and distributed by MGM, it will be in American theaters from November 24, Thanksgiving. In the reconstruction of the murder and the most private moments of Gucci’s life as a couple, from the first meeting to the marriage up to the disagreements that led Maurizio to distance himself from Patrizia, of course, many characters enter the scene: from Paolo Gucci, played by Jared Leto, who once again demonstrates his talent in transforming himself, to Aldo Gucci, played by Al Pacino; from the protagonist of the series Call my agent! Camille Cottin in the role of Paola Franchi to the model madalina Ghenea in that of Sophia Loren. The film was shot in Italy, between Rome, Milan, Lake Como and Courmayeur. The script, inspired by Sarah Gay Forden’s book, is signed by Becky Johnston and Roberto Bentivegna.
