A Max released this Tuesday (14) the official trailer for the new season of “The House of the Dragon “. The second wave of episodes in the series focused on family history Targaryen arrives on the streaming service in June 16 .
The series is a spin-off of “game of Thrones “, but it takes place around 180 years before the events of the first series. Focused on the dragon family dynasty, the first season premiered in August 2022.
The second season of “House of the Dragon” will address the civil war between the Targaryens, fought between the Green and Black councils.
The members of the Green Council fight for King Aegon Targaryen, while the Black Council follows Queen Rhaenyra.
In total, there will be eight episodes that will be released weekly on Sunday. The first will be available on June 16th.
The cast of “The House of the Dragon ” is composed of Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Emma D'Arcy, Eve Best, Steve Toussaint, Fabien Frankel, Ewan Mitchell, Tom Glynn-Carney, Sonoya Mizuno and Rhys Ifans.
