There is sex life after 60. Different, certainly, from that of 20, 30, 40, but no less fun, healthy and above all satisfying. This was revealed by a survey carried out by Censuswide for the LELO company on 7,000 men and women aged 50 and over throughout Europe, of which 1,000 in Italy.
The survey finds that, overall, 71% of respondents noticed significant changes in their sex life compared to when they were younger. 37%, in particular, she claims she is experiencing better sexuality now, at a mature age. Given the latter that in the Italian sample, it rises to a percentage of 42%, with peaks of “excellence” in Molise and Val d’Aosta (66%) and in Abruzzo (65%): the most sexually satisfied regions of Italy among seniors. The survey also shows the preferred environment for one’s sexual activity: at European level, it is in the majority of cases there bedroom (84%), followed by sitting room (53%) and, surprisingly, from bathroom (43%).
