How Giulia Calcaterra’s fat burning workout works

Born in 1991, Giulia Calcaterra made herself known to the general public when she participated in Strip The News, in the 2012-2013 vintage, as a blonde tissue.

Since then she has come a long way and returned to her first true passion, sport, becoming a real one fitness coach e influence as well as creator of BeYourChallenge, a training program built for those who want to undertake a complete path of physical and mental transformation.

The BeYourChallenge program was designed by Giulia Calcaterra with the aim of helping anyone to obtain tangible results both in terms of toning and fat burning, both to push you out of the comfort zone, releasing your true energy.

A real path of personal growth, therefore, to learn to go beyond one’s limits and to set oneself more and more ambitious results to be achieved with the help of a fitness professional.

BeYourChallenge is a 21 day change path that Giulia Calcaterra has created to help anyone create their own training routine while discovering the power of the mind.

If you decide to undertake this experience, you will receive an email and a training video, for a total of 5 workouts per week lasting 45/50 minutes and 2 sessions dedicated to flexibility lasting 25 minutes.

You won’t have to wonder what and how to do, since just follow the movements of the coach. And especially, videos will be recorded, so you can train where and when you want by adapting the program to your days.

Not only that: they will be thrown at you 21 challenges designed to convey to you all that the fitness influence he has learned over the course of his life on topics such as discipline, focus, courage and more.

Giulia will share an email and a new video with you every day with: personal anecdotes, experiences and advice. Best of all, you’ll have a different mission to complete each time over the next 24 hours to trigger true personal change.

After completing the BeYourChallenge registration – the cost is 294 euro – you will receive access to the reserved members area and you will be able to start the challenge. At 5.30 every morning you will receive the workout to complete that you can decide to include in your day where, when and how you want.

You won’t need to buy any equipment, nor to go to the gym. All the proposed exercises – explained so that they are performed correctly – perfectly embody a style of dynamic and functional bodyweight training.

A mission to complete will be sent to you every evening at 7 pm; just take a few minutes to discover the new challenge and plan how to complete it the next day.

All videos and emails will be available for 12 months from the time of purchase. But if you feel ready to move on to the next step, you can sign up for BeYourChallenge FIT PRO (the cost is 297 euro), a program designed to cover three months with four workouts per week for 12 weeks.

Each workout will last approx 60 minutes with a short initial warm-up and one session stretching finale. Each workout will be timed with rounds of 10 exercises, 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. This way you can follow the rhythm without having to worry about the number of repetitions.
