How much does it cost to take a private tour of the Louvre like Kim Kardashian

In Paris this week where modeled for the first time during Paris Couture Fashion Week, Kim Kardashian took the opportunity to visit the the Louvre Museum .

This Thursday (7), the American star strolled peacefully through the museum on a private visit, accompanied by her daughter. North West and by the mother, Kris Jenner . According to the website “TMZ”, the tour was held before the opening to the general public.

But you don’t have to be a celebrity to have the opportunity to see the Mona Lisa up close, without the crowd that squeezes in front of Leonardo Da Vinci’s work – the average daily visit to the Louvre is 23,000 people; a year there are more than 10 million visitors.

The cost of all this exclusivity is 30,000 euros (or around R$ 164,000 at today’s price) for four people. The tour can last up to 90 minutes and is offered by the Paris-based luxury travel company, Family Twist.

In 2019, the founder of Family Twist, Magali Dechelette told CNN which began offering the Louvre private tour in 2016 after a customer from Shanghai said his biggest fantasy was being alone in the museum.

“He had been to the Louvre many times before and loved it, and asked if I could come on a private tour,” says Dechelette. “It took me a few months, but I made it.”

For those who don’t have all that amount to pay, the company also offers guided tours for a maximum of six people, worth 470 euros (or R$2,500).

This visit takes in nine highlights of the Louvre, including the Mona Lisa, of course, the Venus de Milo, as well as the Mediterranean spaces and the Sphinx from the Egyptian collection. It lasts two hours and an art specialist accompanies the group, giving a real lesson on the works and all the details of the Louvre.
