Welcome to the Persian cuisine of Ariana Bundy, the famous Iranian-American (television) chef who wanted to reproduce a restaurant resembling her home in Kashan. A fresh and modern version of Iranian cuisine told through Persian classics interpreted with a pleasantly modern touch in terms of textures, ingredients and presentation. Try the typical Ghormeh Sabzi, Iran’s national dish, a five-herb lamb stew served with dried Shirazi limes. A pleasure.
