At arrest of a man for sexual abuse of two children, who remained missing for 451 days, the authorities in the USA proceeded with the help of the children of the criminal. Ana and Gianiri launched a campaign to locate their father through videos that went viral on social media.
51-year-old Davey Albaran was arrested Sunday night in Lakeland, Polk County. florida, for sexual abuse of a child under 12 and neglect of a child under 12.
The authorities eventually located him hiding in a shed, following a successful campaign to locate him organized by his daughters. “Well he made a mistake”, Judd said during a video posted online. “AMW (America's Most Wanted) has come to Lakeland. When he came to Lakeland we received confidential information. They said, “Hey, we know where this is” So we tracked him down Sunday night just before midnight in a yard on Country Haven Drive. It was not a refuge for him.”
The sisters garnered hundreds of thousands of views on TikTokas they also helped with their presence in the show looking for fugitives, titled “America's Most Wanted”broadcasts the New York Post.
The search for him began in 2022, when his daughters say that Albaran disappeared after an argument they had. After disappearance of his, Ana decided to make a post on Facebook, publicly accusing him of the sex crimes and asking anyone who had seen him to come forward and help track him down. “Please share it and fill the city with his face. He is a fugitive and the police are looking for him,” he wrote at the time.
