Howden Hellas: Pole of attraction for young, dynamic and experienced executives

With five new dynamic executives, Howden Hellas enriches its human resources, aiming both at the further development of operations, and at the highest possible quality and seamless support and service for its numerous business customers.

In this context, the company’s specialized workforce includes the executives Irini Grigoriadou, Senior Broker & Account Executive for the Major Projects, Property and Liability sectors, both in Greece and Cyprus, Nataliia Zvarych, as Sales Support Analyst, Yiannis Marinakis and Martiana Alexandraki as Assistant Technician – CORE, as well as Yiannis Nicolaidis as Assistant Officer, specializing in Property Insurance.

Irini Grigoriadou, a graduate in Economics from the University of Piraeus, has extensive experience in business insurance, as well as deep knowledge of the markets of Greece and Cyprus, while her tenure, since 1999, in both important insurance companies -EUROLIFE, ALLIANZ-, as well as in large brokers – MATRIX (2007-2012) and until recently AON -, he has made a decisive contribution to the global perception he has of the industry. In her new role, Irini Grigoriadou will provide specialized insurance support services for the transition to Green Energy, which today is one of the most important pillars of the economy and in which Howden has expanded expertise, a strong international presence and a leading role in market share in GREECE.

Nataliia Zvarych holds a Bachelor, International Business and Management (Ternopil National Economic University, Ukraine) and a Master in Expert Audit Control from the Institut Superieur de Commerce ISC in Paris. Her academic knowledge is enriched by an additional Master in Insurance and Risk Management (Dauphine University, Paris). He has held positions of responsibility in major organizations in the French capital, including Caisse D’Epargne Group, Groupama and Credit Agricole Assurances. Before joining the Howden family, as a Sales Support Analyst, Nataliia worked as a financial controller at Ernst & Young Greece.

Yiannis Marinakis holds a degree in Economics from the University of Piraeus, specializing in Data Analysis and Digital Marketing (EKPA). He has significant work experience in technical support and customer service positions and at Howden Hellas he assumes duties as Assistant Technician – CORE. Martiana Alexandraki, with studies in Political Science & History at Panteion University and a master’s degree in Digital Marketing from ALBA Graduate Business School, also undertakes similar duties.

Finally, Yiannis Nicolaidis, with significant experience in insurance mediation, joins the Howden family as Assistant Officer in Property Insurance.
