The HRDH, a member company of the Superfund (EESYP), is developing the marina of large yachts (mega yachts) in Corfu, in the framework of its strategy for the development of assets with a significant local footprint and the enhancement of tourism development.
The licensed marina of large pleasure boats falls inside the Port of Corfu and is located west of the cruise pier, near the Passenger Station. It can serve 98 yachts up to 140 m. And has a land area of ​​39,400 sq.m., while through a possible extension the marina will cover a land area of ​​approximately, at most, 100,000 sq.m.
The development of the marina of large pleasure boats in Corfu follows the coordinated effort of HRDH for utilization of the marina and tourist ports of its portfolio, having already in progress the tender procedures for the marina of Pylos and the marina of Itea.
In this context, HRDH proceeded to the announcement of an international tender for the sub-concession of the right to build, operate, manage, maintain and operate a mega yachts marina, with a minimum duration of thirty-five years.
The tender process of HRDH will be conducted in two phases: the pre-selection phase (Phase A) and the phase of submitting binding offers (Phase B). Interested investors are invited to submit an expression of interest file on April 18, 2022.
