HRADF: The utilization of Itea marina begins

The Itea marina is being utilized by the HRDH, a member company of the Superfund (EESYP), in the framework of its strategy for the development of assets with a significant local footprint and the enhancement of tourism development.

As mentioned in the relevant announcement, HRDH announced the announcement of an international tender for the granting of the right to provide port management services (mooring services and other services) and the right to use, operate, manage and exploit movable and / or immovable assets within the land and sea zone of Itea marina for a period of 40 years with the possibility of extending the duration of the concession for a maximum of an additional 10 years.

Itea Marina is located in the “Marina” position of the bay of Itea, within the boundaries of the former Municipality of Itea. The marine zone of the marina occupies an area of ​​26,000 sq.m. and has the capacity to moor 146 small and medium-sized vessels. There are also 60 boat seats on land. The land surface of Itea marina covers an area of ​​24,700 sq.m.

Today, the marina of Itea is operational and hosts a small number of yachts, while it is estimated that its development will highlight the special features of the area, making Itea a reference point for the development of quality maritime tourism.

The tender process of HRDH will be conducted in two phases: the pre-selection phase (Phase A) and the phase of submitting binding offers (Phase B). Interested investors are invited to submit an expression of interest by March 15, 2022.
