The Board of Directors of HRDH announces the start of the international bidding for the development of the property in the area of Loutropoli Kamenon Vourlon N Fthiotida, area 456,916m², after buildings with a total area of approximately 22,605m², including the new (3) monuments and a recognized thermal spring.
According to an announcement by the HRDH, the property is located by the sea, approximately in the middle of the urban complex of Kamena Vourla, an area known for its thermal baths and is offered for the development of tourist facilities and thermal-medical tourism. Specifically, the property faces north to the sea, while in the south it extends to the sides of the forested mountain “Knimis” while it is easily accessible through urban and national road network. Furthermore, an ESHADA study has been prepared and approved, based on which the uses for “Tourism-Leisure” are foreseen and protection zones of the thermal spring are defined.
The tender process of the HRDH for the Property in Loutropoli Kamenon Vourlon will be conducted in one phase.
Interested investors are invited to submit an expression of interest file by October 31, 2022. Details of the tender procedure are described in the Call for Expressions of Interest, which has been posted on the HRDH website.
