Just a few days after a big presentation in China, where the new Redmi Watch 2 smartwatch was presented, Xiaomi introduced another novelty from the category of wearable electronics – the Redmi Smart Band Pro smart bracelet.

Unlike the Redmi Watch 2, this model is not presented for China, but immediately for the international market. The Redmi Smart Band Pro resembles the younger brother of the Redmi Watch 2. However, Xiaomi still positions the novelty as a bracelet, despite the very large screen for this category of devices.

As noted earlier by respected network whistleblower Roland Quandt, this is Xiaomi’s answer to the popular Huawei Watch Fit, a fitness tracker with smartwatch features that is offered at a lower price point than watches.

The Redmi Smart Band Pro has a 1.47-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 194 x 368 pixels.

More than 110 training modes are available to users, including the most popular activities such as running, cycling, swimming and yoga. 15 of them are professional modes.

The bracelet is water resistant (5 ATM). The 200 mAh battery provides up to 14 days on a single charge during normal use or up to 20 days in power saving mode. Charging is done using a magnetic charger.

The bracelet monitors sleep quality, heart rate in 24/7 mode, blood oxygen level (SpO2), and you can set up an automatic check during sleep. Bluetooth 5.0 is supported.

Redmi Smart Band Pro works with Android (6.0 and newer) and iOS (10.0 and newer) devices, supports apps like Xiaomi Wear, Strava and Apple Health, can measure stress levels, and offers menstrual tracking for women.
The official price has not yet been announced. According to preliminary data, the Redmi Smart Band Pro can cost around 59 euros.
