A character Kiko, from the trailer The Best Diversões, was run over by a motorcyclist while performing a somersault in the air while performing in the city of Posse, in the northeast of Goiás.
The accident happened last Sunday night (29) and was recorded by residents who were watching the show. In the images, which are already circulating on social media, Augusto Ferreira, dressed as the character Kiko, climbs onto the roof of the truck’s cabin and prepares to do a pirouette in the air. Shortly after completing the spin, he falls to the ground. That’s when a motorcycle, at high speed, approaches and runs over the artist, who ends up being dragged by the vehicle. Look:
According to the owner of the amusement truck, Heriklys Ritthiellen, Augusto was not injured. THE CNN Ritthiellen stated that the motorcyclist was drunk and that he tried to flee the scene after the incident.
“He overtook on the right and tried to escape after the collision. It was the trailer employees who didn’t let him escape”, informed the owner of the trailer The Best Diversões.
After providing first aid and checking that the worker had not been injured, the truck’s employees left the scene.
In a video recorded later, Augusto reassured people after the video’s repercussion: “Thank God I didn’t fracture anything. I didn’t break any bones.”, guaranteed the artist. Still in a report, he stated that at the time he only decided to perform the risky jump at the request of the children who were watching the presentation.
With only five months of existence, The Best Diversões trailer appeared this year in Minas Gerais and currently travels around Brazil taking several presentations to the public.
The Fire Department and Civil Police were not called to the scene.
